Known for
What it is
Volks Osaka Showroom is the Osaka flagship of Volks, the hobby maker behind Dollfie/Dollfie Dream and Super Dollfie, on Sakaisuji street in Nipponbashi (Den Den Town). The store was renewed floor-by-floor between March and May 2025, timed to the opening of Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, expanding from five to six floors: 1F–2F hold over 1,500 rental display cases of figures and collectibles plus the latest anime/game merchandise; 3F is dedicated to character garage kits, plastic-kit supplies, tools and exclusive Volks original products; 4F covers scale models and train sets; 5F is Doll Point Osaka, Volks' own Dollfie Dream boutique with a dedicated photo space; and 6F hosts rotating pop-up stores and model exhibitions.
Good to know
The shop is open daily, 11:00–20:00, with no regular closing day (it only closes if the building itself is closed). It's about a 15-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station (Sakaisuji Line, Exit 5) along Sakaisuji, or reachable from Namba Station via Den Den Town's "Otaroad." Photography is confined to the dedicated photo space on 5F at Doll Point Osaka, and is limited to personal souvenir photos of your own Volks-brand doll — no tripods or large equipment, no commercial use or resale of images, and no props other than official Volks clothing/accessories.
