Suruga-ya Nagoya Osu Main Store ("大須本館") is the Nagoya flagship of Suruga-ya, one of Japan's largest secondhand hobby/media chains, occupying three floors (3F–5F) of a building in Nagoya's Osu shopping district, about 2 minutes on foot from Kamimaezu subway station's Exit 8. It buys and sells across a wide range: the 3rd floor is anime merchandise and character goods; the 4th floor covers games, game-related and new-release books, art/photo books, anime CDs and video, and PC games (including some adult-audience media and comics); the 5th floor is figures, plastic models/gunpla, modeling tools and toys.

The store had a pre-open on December 19, 2020, and its grand opening on December 26, 2020. It's open every day of the year (no fixed closed days), 10:00–21:00.
