Hours follow each shopping centre, so they can change on facility holidays. Each store's page is linked below.

Shibuya flagship — the one to visit if you only have time for one

The Shibuya store sits on the 6th floor of MAGNET by SHIBUYA109, the building facing the Scramble Crossing. The official page gives the access as 1 minute from JR Shibuya's Hachiko gate, with a direct connection from Tokyo Metro/Tokyu exit A12.

  • Payment: cash, credit cards, transport IC cards (except PiTaPa), QUICPay, iD, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPay and other QR payments, per the official page.
  • Tax-free: the page says there is a tax-free counter in the building. Bring your passport — see our Japan tax-free shopping guide for how the process works.
  • Crowds: the store says it may limit entry or hand out numbered tickets when it is busy.

Tokyo Station — easiest on travel days

The Tokyo Station store is inside Tokyo Character Street (Tokyo Station Ichibangai B1), outside the ticket gates, right by the Yaesu Underground Central exit, and close to the Yaesu-side Shinkansen gates. It opens 10:00–20:30. For its 2nd anniversary the store released a station-staff Chopper figure (from 7 September 2026) and put photo props at the entrance (from 19 September 2026). Combine it with the rest of the street using our Tokyo Character Street guide.

Ikebukuro, Odaiba and Harajuku

  • Ikebukuro — Sunshine City Alpa 2F. About 8 minutes' walk from Ikebukuro Station exit 35, or about 3 minutes via the underground passage from Higashi-Ikebukuro Station (exits 6/7). Pair it with our Sunshine City Ikebukuro guide.
  • Odaiba — DiverCity Tokyo Plaza 2F. 5 minutes from Daiba Station (Yurikamome) or 3 minutes from Tokyo Teleport Station exit B (Rinkai Line). Tax-free counter in the building.
  • HARAJUKU — Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado" GF, 1 minute from Meiji-jingumae (Harajuku) Station exits 4/7, or 4 minutes from JR Harajuku. The official payment list for this store does not include cash — plan to pay by card, IC card or QR payment. Tax-free counter in the building.

What you will find inside

The official "About" page describes each store as having its own character decorations to take photos with, plus seasonal fairs and events — and notes that stock and item ranges differ by store. If you want a specific item, check the store's news on the official site or its X account before you travel across town.

ONE PIECE Card Game lotteries. Some stores sell Card Game booster boxes by lottery. The September 2026 notice for Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Umeda required a LivePocket account, one entry per person per store, and ID matching your registered name and birth date at pick-up — a hurdle for short-stay visitors. For singles, sealed product and card shops, use our One Piece card guide.

Point card app. From 1 October 2026, members who register their birthday in the Mugiwara Store point card app can get a foil-stamped birthday card in their birth month at the permanent stores (not online, the Kyoto MINI shop or pop-ups).

Shipping home and buying online

The official site states that it is intended for Japan and its services are provided in Japan only. The Toei Animation official online shop links to a Mugiwara Store section, but check its terms before assuming it ships abroad. If you buy big items (figures, plush) in Tokyo, our guide to shipping figures from Japan explains the options.

Beyond Tokyo

Outside Tokyo there are permanent stores in Osaka (Abeno and Umeda), Nagoya, Fukuoka and Kumamoto, plus a small MINI shop inside KIDDY LAND Kyoto Shijo-Kawaramachi. Short-run "LITTLE" pop-up stores tour Japan — the nearest to Tokyo on the official list is at Marui Family Mizonokuchi, Kawasaki (27 November – 6 December 2026).
