What it is

Pokémon Center MEGA TOKYO is one of Japan's flagship official Pokémon stores, on the 2nd floor of the alpa mall inside Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. It stocks official plush, figures, stationery, apparel and seasonal merchandise, and has historically housed a Pokémon Card Station and Pokémon GO Lab. — a one-stop destination for licensed Pokémon goods within the large Sunshine City complex.

Important: as of mid-2026 the store, Card Station and GO Lab. are temporarily closed, with reopening announced for around September 2026. Confirm the official site before visiting. If it's closed during your trip, the open Pokémon Center SHIBUYA is a good alternative.
